Terms & Conditions for Sellers/Vendors

1. Vendor/Seller Account Registration

  • Sellers/Vendors must register an account on Bhavena.com to list their products. All information provided during registration must be accurate and updated regularly.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and account security.

2. Product Listings

  • Sellers/Vendors must ensure that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal regulations. Product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications must reflect the actual product.
  • Sellers/Vendors are prohibited from listing illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items on the platform.

3. Vendor/Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers/Vendors agree to provide accurate and complete contact details (phone number, email) so that buyers can communicate directly for orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Sellers/Vendors must handle all inquiries from buyers regarding product specifications, prices, negotiations, and order confirmations.
  • Sellers/Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, including handling and dispatching shipments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Sellers/Vendors must communicate shipping rates, delivery timelines, and tracking information directly to buyers.
  • Vendors are required to ship products promptly and handle any shipping-related issues, including lost or delayed deliveries.
  • Bhavena.com is not responsible for shipping or delivery issues, and any such disputes must be resolved between the vendor and the buyer.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Sellers/Vendors must define and clearly communicate their own return, replacement, and refund policies to buyers before purchase.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling all returns and refund requests. Bhavena.com will not intervene in return or refund disputes unless there is a violation of platform policies.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Vendors are responsible for providing any warranties or product support as applicable.
  • Sellers/Vendorsmust communicate warranty terms, and handle any warranty claims, repairs, or replacements as agreed with the buyer.
  • Bhavena.com is not liable for product quality, warranty, or service claims.

7. Compliance with Laws

  • Sellers/Vendors agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding product sales, taxes, shipping, and consumer protection.
  • Any violation of laws or regulations may result in immediate termination of the vendor’s/Sellers's account on Bhavena.com.

8. Payments and Fees

  • Bhavena.com does not process payments. Vendors are solely responsible for managing transactions with buyers.
  • Sellers/Vendors may be subject to service fees for specific platform features or services, such as sub-website (microstore) hosting. These fees will be communicated in advance.

9. Sub-Websites (Microstores)

  • Sellers/Vendors who use the Sub-Websites (Microstores) feature agree that all platform policies, including phone ordering, shipping, returns, and warranty processes, apply to their sub-website.
  • Vendors must ensure that their sub-websites are in compliance with all Bhavena.com policies and terms.

10. Liability and Indemnification

  • Bhavena.com is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred during transactions.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Bhavena.com harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from their use of the platform or sale of products.

11. Termination of Vendor Account

  • Bhavena.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend any vendor’s/seller's account if they are found to be in violation of these terms or platform policies.
  • Sellers/Vendors can terminate their account at any time by providing written notice, but they are still responsible for fulfilling any outstanding orders or resolving disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Bhavena.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
