• By contacting sellers directly through Bhavena.com, buyers enter into agreements with the sellers for product purchases. Bhavena.com acts solely as a marketplace platform and does not facilitate transactions.
• Buyers must ensure that the contact information they provide (phone, email, etc.) is accurate.

3. Direct Communication with Sellers

• Buyers will contact sellers directly for product inquiries, negotiations, and order placement. Bhavena.com provides full seller contact details (phone number and email) for this purpose.
•  Bhavena.com is not involved in any negotiations or disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for communicating shipping fees, delivery timelines, and tracking information.
• Bhavena.com is not responsible for any shipping-related issues, including delays, lost packages, or delivery disputes. Buyers must resolve such matters with the seller directly.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Buyers must confirm the return, replacement, and refund policies of the seller before making a purchase. Each seller has their own policies, and buyers are bound by those terms.
• Bhavena.com does not process or handle returns, replacements, or refunds. Any disputes must be settled directly with the seller.

6. Warranty & Product Support

• Warranty claims and after-sales support are the responsibility of the seller. Buyers should review the warranty terms with the seller before making a purchase.
• Bhavena.com does not offer any warranties, guarantees, or product support. Buyers must resolve warranty-related issues directly with the seller.

7. Buyer Protection & Legal Compliance

• Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local and international laws when purchasing products on Bhavena.com. This includes but is not limited to customs, import/export regulations, and taxes.
• If a buyer violates any laws or platform policies, Bhavena.com reserves the right to restrict access to the platform.

• Buyers must ensure that payments are made securely, as Bhavena.com does not oversee transactions or payment disputes.

10. Sub-Websites (Microstores)

• Buyers may be redirected to a seller’s microstore (sub-website) for product listings and additional details. The same policies regarding product inquiries, shipping, returns, and warranties apply.
• Buyers must review the terms provided on the seller’s microstore, as these are treated as extensions of Bhavena.com.

11. Liability

• Bhavena.com is a neutral platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred during a transaction, including issues with products, payments, or deliveries.
• Buyers agree to hold Bhavena.com harmless from any legal claims or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms Bhavena.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Buyers will be notified of any updates, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
