9. Sub-Websites (Microstores)
Vendors/Sellers who use the Sub-Websites (Microstores) feature agree that all platform policies, including phone ordering, shipping, returns, and warranty processes, apply to their sub-website.
Vendors must ensure that their sub-websites are in compliance with all Bhavena.com policies and terms.
10. Liability and Indemnification
Bhavena.com is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred during transactions.
